What do I need to connect?: An Instagram Business or Creator account. When you connect, Instagram asks you to approve access to your profile and posts, your performance statistics, and your comments.
What do you read from my account?: Your posts, reels and stories, the performance statistics behind them, and your audience demographics. They are collected twice a day.
Can you post from my account?: No. The three permissions we ask for read your profile, your statistics and your comments. None of them can publish anything.
Is my data shared?: We do not sell personal data. Your account data sits in a database hosted in the EU, and deleting your Viral Sauce account erases it.
What happens if I disconnect?: The link is cut and the collected Instagram data and the analyses built from it are deleted. You can connect again later, and collection starts fresh from that point.
